​I love this place! Everyone here is always so friendly, nice and smiling. Amy and the front desk staff are amazing and made sure to get me all checked in and scheduled for my cleaning. I had Bella for my visit and she was awesome, she did a really thorough job cleaning my teeth and fluoride treatment. The instructor was also great and made sure everything was done perfectly. They even put some personal dental goals in my chart, and I promised I will actually do them before my next visit! They were both so kind to me! Highly recommend this clinic!

On September 19th 2025 I called asking to see if there were any appointments available. For dental exam and cleaning. Amy said sure next Friday the 26th. ( Try getting that with most dentists nowadays). This was my first experience with a college dental program. I realized immediately this is a very well run program. I did my initial paperwork. Then had a dental exam conducted by student's Carter and Lexi. They worked great as a team. Carter & Lexi were EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTATED. There are dentist offices I've been too that DONT pay as much attention to detail. Then Allison did my cleaning. And she was just as great as Carter and Lexi. AGAIN my teeth shined after the cleaning BETTER than my previous dental office visit!! I will be going back early next year. I CAN'T recommend the ETSU dental school enough. The instructors check behind and critique the student's work. Honestly AGAIN the students were fantastic 😊!!!! To dentists out in North East Tennessee looking for qualified staff ( especially hygienists) hint hint you know where to go and get highly qualified and talented staff at. This ISN'T a negative at all for me. But because of the instructors having to check the work of

I have had several visits over a few years now. The clinic is well run! The students are all very nice and all work is closely supervised and checked. Dr. K is great and Amy is also great at setting appointments and calling for reminders. Thank you all for putting such a great effort into this!

Lexi was absolutely phenomenal with skills and personal touch when it came to all things dental hygiene. She answered all of my questions, she got me in for a cleaning right away, and also had my X-rays done the same day i was there. Thank you to all the staff, Chelsea Mcconnell

The staff and the dr are so sweet, take a little longer to clean but you will sure get your teeth clean. Mrs.Brandy went above and beyond this morning. I was going to pay for my Xray so they can email or send ut by mail, but she told me to wait and she went to see dr Cade ( not sure who helped this process but dr Cade the one help the student did the Xray) Bravo Mrs.Brandy and dr.Cade
